Inclusion Criteria

25 â?? 50 years of age

Ability and willingness of the patients to follow the study protocol

Partially edentulous arches

Adequate bone width and height at implant placement site

Good overall health and oral hygiene

Healed extraction sockets

Stable and functional occlusion

Sufficient interocclusal space for placement of implants

No signs or symptoms of occlusal pathologies

Exclusion Criteria

General contraindications to implant surgery.

Poor bone quality

Active Periodontitis

Poor oral hygiene and motivation

Lack of opposite occluding dentition in the area intended for implant placement

Immunocompromised state

Irradiation in the head or neck area

Bruxism

Uncontrolled diabetes

Chronic smokers

Pregnant or lactating females

Primary Outcome Measures

CBCT will be taken immediately after loading and then at 2 and 4months post loading of early and delayed loaded implants for the evaluation of hard tissue changes Marginal bone loss and bone density will be taken into consideration for hard tissue evaluation <br/ ><br>Peri implant soft tissue analysis will be done immediately after loading and then at 2 and 4months post loading of the prosthesis and probing depth Modified plaque index Bleeding index will be recorded to assess the soft tissue changes <br/ ><br>Timepoint: At baseline 2 months and 4 months
