Inclusion Criteria
60= years old; MMSE score> 23; Participants lived independently, and were able to complete their routine activities of daily life without assistance and Exclusion criteria: injury or any diseases related to brain such as seizure, stroke, TBI.; severe musculoskeletal dysfunctions; severe visual and auditory dysfunction; balance impairment and positional vertigo; acute dermatitis; presence of implanted device such as pace-maker or metal in the skull.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Functional performance. Timepoint: pretest, immediately after in 5th session, 30 minutes after in 5th session and one week following end of treatment. Method of measurement: 1. Purdue pegboard test 2.Timed up and go test 3. 30 second chair raise test 4. Modified figure of eight 5. Box stepping.
