Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients willing to take part in the study.
- •2\. Patients with more than 20 natural teeth.
- •3\. Patients having a periodontal pocket with probing depth \>\=5 mm.
- •4\. Clinical attachment level (CAL) \>\=4 mm.
- •5\. Patients with radiographic evidence of bone loss.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Those who had undergone regenerative periodontal therapy, bisphosphonate, or anti resorptive drug therapy six months before the initial examination.
- •2\. Patients having systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, bleeding
- •disorders, hyperparathyroidism, and compromised medical conditions.
- •3\. Patients allergic to materials and drugs used or prescribed in this study.
- •4\. Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
- •5\. Patients who have had periodontal treatment in the last six months.
- •6\. Patients with the use of tobacco or tobacco\-related products.
- •7\. Patientsâ?? medical or dental therapy that could have an impact on the subjectâ??s ability to
- •complete the study.
