入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients willing to take part in the study.
- •2. Patients with more than 20 natural teeth.
- •3. Patients having a periodontal pocket with probing depth >=5 mm.
- •4. Clinical attachment level (CAL) >=4 mm.
- •5. Patients with radiographic evidence of bone loss.
排除标准
- •1. Those who had undergone regenerative periodontal therapy, bisphosphonate, or anti resorptive drug therapy six months before the initial examination.
- •2. Patients having systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, bleeding
- •disorders, hyperparathyroidism, and compromised medical conditions.
- •3. Patients allergic to materials and drugs used or prescribed in this study.
- •4. Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
- •5. Patients who have had periodontal treatment in the last six months.
- •6. Patients with the use of tobacco or tobacco-related products.
- •7. Patientsâ?? medical or dental therapy that could have an impact on the subjectâ??s ability to
- •complete the study.
