Inclusion Criteria
All elective adult cardiac surgical patients including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacement surgeries, atrial septal defects.
Age group-20 to 70 years
ASA-1,2,3
Exclusion Criteria
Pediatric cardiac cases
Patients undergoing heart, lung or heart-lung transplantation
Off pump bypass surgery
Emergency cardiac surgeries
Aortic aneurysm or dissection repair
ASA >3
