- •Systemically healthy patients within the age group 30 to 50 years
- •Patient having at least one Glickman Grade II furcation defects in the mandibular first and second molars with >=3 mm horizontal probing depth
- •Patients who had not taken antibiotics and chemotherapeutic drugs an within 6 months that may modify the result of periodontal therapy
排除标准
- •oPatients having habits such as smoking and chewing tobacco
- •oWomen who are pregnant or lactating
- •oMobile tooth
- •oEndo-perio lesions
- •oPatients with bruxism
