Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Systemically healthy patients within the age group 30 to 50 years
  • •Patient having at least one Glickman Grade II furcation defects in the mandibular first and second molars with \>\=3 mm horizontal probing depth
  • •Patients who had not taken antibiotics and chemotherapeutic drugs an within 6 months that may modify the result of periodontal therapy

Exclusion Criteria

  • •oPatients having habits such as smoking and chewing tobacco
  • •oWomen who are pregnant or lactating
  • •oMobile tooth
  • •oEndo\-perio lesions
  • •oPatients with bruxism
