Inclusion Criteria

1.Stroke patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in the Diagnostic Points for Various Cerebrovascular Diseases revised by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in 1995, and whose strokes have been confirmed by cranial CT and/or MRI;<br>2. The onset of stroke for the first time, and the patient's vital signs are stable;<br>3. Unilateral hemispheric lesion with unilateral limb movement disorder;<br>4. Duration of the disease: 14 days to 6 months, age: 18-65 years old;<br>5. Stage II < Brunnstrom upper limb and hand staging < stage VI;<br>6. Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) < Grade 3;<br>7. Informed consent form signed by the patient or his/her family member's proxy.

Exclusion Criteria
  1. Vital signs are unstable or combined with serious vital organ failure;<br>2. Previous trauma, peripheral nerve disease, etc., resulting in upper limb or hand dysfunction;<br>3. Serious cognitive dysfunction, MMSE score <= 17 points; <br>4. Diseases that seriously affect the sensory and motor function of the affected upper limb, such as shoulder subluxation, shoulder pain, upper limb trauma, nerve injury, etc;<br>5. Independent sitting balance time is less than 1 hour;<br>6. Severe aphasia or hearing impairment, which makes it difficult to perform commanded movements;<br>7. The presence of uncontrollable hypertension, postural hypotension or serious cardiopulmonary diseases and other diseases that affect motor function;<br>8. There are contraindications to transcranial direct current stimulation;
