- •Trauma hand
- •scheduled for elective nerve repair surgeries
排除标准
- •Patients not giving consent
- •ASA grade 3/4
- •hypertensive, history of alcohol and drug abuse
- •patients on psychotic medication
- •patients receiving alpha-2 agonist / antagonist treatment
- •absolute contraindication to study drug
