1. Patients diagnosed with both Hwa-byeong and Depression through clinical interview
2. Adults over the age of 19
3. Patients who can participate in the study considering the program time table
1. Patients with hallucinations (visual hallucinations, auditory hallucinations, etc.) or delusions
2. Patients with brain organic disorders such as major cognitive impairment (dementia), epilepsy, intellectual disability, or personality disorder
3. A condition in which it is difficult to conduct the interview and survey conducted in this study (e.g., if there is difficulty in reading, writing, listening, speaking, or understanding)
4. Patients who have changed medications such as antidepressants within the last 1 month
