Inclusion Criteria
1)If patient in any of the three â??
Blood Sugar- Fasting >= 126mg/dl - <=200mg/dl
Postprandial>= 200mg/dl -350mg/dl
HbA1c <= 7% - >= 10
2)Patient irrespective of any sex, religion, marital status, socio-economic status, occupation etc.
3)Those who are willing to participate in the study after giving the consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Age below 18 and above 60 years.

3)Malignant and accelerated Hypertension
4)CVS disorder, CNS disorder, GIT disorder, and other Endocrine disease
5)Pregnant women and planning to be pregnant within the period of study
6)Lactating mother
