Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •First ischaemic or haemorrhagic stroke (\< 3 post onset) with central hemiparesis, with dorsoflection force of the wrist \< MRC 5\. More than 18 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Severely impaired cognition (MMSE\<\=25\), severely comprehension impaired communication, unilateral spatial neglect of perceptual problems which unable the patient to do the test, comorbidity which interferes with the objectives of the study.
