入选标准
- •First ischaemic or haemorrhagic stroke (< 3 post onset) with central hemiparesis, with dorsoflection force of the wrist < MRC 5. More than 18 years old.
排除标准
- •Severely impaired cognition (MMSE<=25), severely comprehension impaired communication, unilateral spatial neglect of perceptual problems which unable the patient to do the test, comorbidity which interferes with the objectives of the study.
