Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade 1 and 2 patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with history of hypertension, recurrent epistaxis, abnormal coagulation status, basilar skull fracture, predicted difficult airway, severe midfacial trauma and oropharyngeal or nasal growth were excluded from the study.
