- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary objective criterion is to evaluate the effectiveness of needs-based interventions carried out between T0 and T1 (online questionnaires) for the intervention group and between T1 and T2 (online questionnaires) for the waiting control group on the health, job satisfaction and productivity of the participants. <br><br>Health-related quality of life is measured using the Short-Form Health Survey (SF-8, 8 items).<br>Job satisfaction is measured using Scarpello & Campbell, 1983 (1 item).<br>Productivity is measured using the scale by Bélanger, 1999 (6 items).
