Inclusion Criteria
all patients operated by ECCE,SICS,Phaco with posterior capsular opacification willing to give consent
Exclusion Criteria
1.patients with retinal/macular pathology 2.children 3.patients with diabetes,hypertension or any systemic disease of cardivascular system,respiratory system,abdominal tract,central nervous system,bleeding diasthesis,etc 4.high myopic patients 5.patients with corneal opacities or optic nerve pathology
