Inclusion Criteria
1. Uncomplicated phacoemulsification surgery in our institution
2) Capsulotomy done by Continuous Curvilinear Capsulorrhexis (CCC)
3) Foldable IOL implantation
4) Absence of primary PCO
Exclusion Criteria
1. Conditions like diabetes, pseudoexfoliation, Uveitis, trauma which may accelerate the process of PCO formation
2. Patients with glaucoma, any corneal or retinal pathology which may not lead to improvement of vision following Nd YAG capsulotomy
