1)Age 1-40 years at the time of enrolment.
2)Informed consent form signed by either of the parents in case of children or by the participant in case of adults. Assent given by the subject aged between 07-17 years.
1)Known or suspected congenital or acquired immunodeficiency.
2)Documented acute Hepatitis A infection (IgM anti- HAV positive with or without raised LFT parameters).
3)Person with serious illness at the time of enrolment or on any critical treatment like chemotherapy, immuno-modulating agents or blood transfusion program etc.
4)H/o hepatitis A vaccination.
5)Children in care – institutions or orphanages
