Inclusion Criteria
Inpatients older than 20 years who need endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography through selective biliary cannulation
Exclusion Criteria
a. Prior history of endoscopic sphincterotomy or papillary dilation
b. patient with acute pancreatitis on admission
c. History of surgically altered anatomy except cholecystectomy
d. History of pancreatic divisum
e. Patients in whom endoscopic biliary drainage or pancreatic drainage were performed within 6 months
f. Pregnant or breast feeding women
