1) Cases with severe ischemic heart disease 2) Cases complicated by liver cirrhosis or active hepatitis 3) Cases with breathing difficulties that require oxygen administration due to interstitial pneumonia or pulmonary fibrosis, etc. 4) Cases undergoing dialysis due to chronic renal failure 5) Cases requiring combined resection of surrounding organs 6) Cases in which arterial reconstruction such as the superior mesenteric artery, common hepatic artery, or celiac artery is required. 7) Active multiple cancers that may affect adverse events and overall survival 8) Cases of long-term oral steroid use that may affect adverse events 9) Cases in which participation in the study is considered difficult due to psychosis or psychiatric symptoms. 10) Cases with a history of abdominal surgery such as gastrectomy, colon or rectal resection, or hepatectomy, excluding cholecystectomy. 11) Cases in which neither iodine-based drugs nor gaddonium-based drugs can be used due to severe drug allergy
