结局指标
主要结局
Percentage of beneficial gut microbiota (probiotics) as measured by shotgun metagenome sequencing.
时间窗: These will be assessed at baseline (Week 0) and post-intervention (Week 8).
Presence or absence of pathogenic bacteria and fungi in the intestinal microbiome.
时间窗: These will be assessed at baseline (Week 0) and post-intervention (Week 8).
次要结局
- Antibiotic resistance against common antibiotics(Metabolites such as vitamins, Neurotransmitters, & SCFAS (Short chain fatty acids) before & after the interventions based on the algorithm-based output.)
