Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.tender at base of thumb, 2\.Grind test, Axial compression test : positive, 3\.A Robert view of thumb:joint narrowing, joint widening , osteophyte, 4\.Eaton and Littler classification 1\-4, 5\.no history of steroid injection, 6\.failure of medication
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.History of steroid injection at first carpometacarpal joint before, 2\.other pain disease at base 1st metacarpal joint, 3\.allergy to steroid or xylocaine ,4\.severe infection within 4 weeks , 5\.poor control diabetic disease, 6\.patient had been life vaccine injection within 2 weeks
