Inclusion Criteria

Confirmed HS diagnosis
- Over 18 years old

Exclusion Criteria

The following patients are excluded from the study:
- active tumour disease
- metastatic tumour disease
- Advanced liver disease
- liver insufficiency
- liver cirrhosis
- renal insufficiency
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Patients under 18 years of age
- Patients without informed consent
- known acute or chronic infectious diseases
- insufficient language skills (German) to complete the questionnaires
- mental retardation
- infections or severe oedema in the lower leg area

Is body composition related to disease severity of HS (Hurley classification, IHS4, SAHS, mHSS; 0 and 3 months after first presentation)?<br>Are there differences in body composition to patients with psoriasis and healthy controls vs. HS?
