Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Participants with a BMI \>23 kg/m2
- •Age group 20\-45 y, both males and females
- •Willing to follow study protocol
- •Willing to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants with fasting blood glucose \>5\.6
- •mmol ( \>100 mg/dL).
- •Participants who are in special diets.
- •Participants with a family history of T2D, on
- •medications, illness, or a history of food allergy.
- •Participants with habitual abuse (Alcohol,
- •smoking, tobacco) substance consumption.
