1. Comply with the GDM diagnostic criteria for the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pregnancy with Diabetes (2014 Edition);
2. Natural conception
3. Singleton pregnancy;
4. Pregnant women aged 24 weeks and above;
5. Regular check-ups and establish a comprehensive maternal health care manual;
6. Informed consent.
1. People who are allergic to yam;
2. People who are pregnancy accompanied by other complications;
3. People who are diagnosed by a doctor has reached the drug that affects insulin secretion;
4. People who are receiving other dietary therapies;
5. Patients who have cognitive impairment or mental illness.
