Inclusion Criteria
1. Subject is 18 years old or older, 2. Subject underwent elective non-cardiac operation at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, 3. Subject has taken anticoagulant at least 7 days before visiting the peri-operative care clinic.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Subject underwent Cardiovascular surgery or be pregnancy, 2. Subject lost to follow up, 3. Subject was complete course of anticoagulation for therapy before undergoing operation
