Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anaesthesiologists grade I to II patients undergoing elective transurethral resection of prostate surgery
Prostatic volume upto 80 cc
Operative time of less than 90 minutes
Exclusion Criteria
Any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
Cardiopulmonary disease
Hematologic disease
Hyperbilirubinemia
Cerebral vascular disease
Peripheral vascular disease
Inability to give consent
Smokers
