Inclusion Criteria

Have at least a bachelor's degree in nursing
At least six months of ICU clinical experience.
Not passing the Delirium training course over the past 5 years
Having at least computer literacy

Exclusion Criteria

Getting out of the intensive care unit before completing the study for any reason
Failure to complete the questionnaire completely

Timepoint: Investigation Knowledge, recognition and strain of care before intervention and 2 months after starting to use interactive electronic educational content. Method of measurement: Detroyer Knowledge Delirium Questionnaire; Strain of Care Nurses with Delirium Questionnaire; Delirium Identification Using Case Vignette.
