The patients who had indications for flexible cystoscopy including evaluation of hematuria, lower urinary tract symptoms (poor steam of urine, hesitancy, incomplete voiding, terminal dribbling, urgency, frequency and nocturia), surveillance for bladder tumor and removal of double-J ureteral stent.
The patients with language barriers, visual problems, younger than 18 years old and requiring additional procedures, including urethral dilation, biopsy and diathermy of superficial bladder tumor were excluded from this study.
