The International Caries Detection and Assessment system (ICDAS-II) for clinical caries diagnosis will be used to record caries experience. [This will be measured at the beginning of the study (baseline) and then 12 and 24 months later. ];The International Caries Detection and Assessment system (ICDAS-II) for clinical caries diagnosis will be used to measure caries incidence and increment.
