Inclusion Criteria

Normal Individuals above 18 years old ,consuming oral diet,with normal oral structures (Except teeth exhibiting normal cognition with no history of neurological, psychiatry, psychological deficits

Exclusion Criteria

Individuals exhibiting oral pathologies that cause mastication difficulties and intolerance/allergy to the food being tested.
