- To evaluate association between CRP/Albumin ratio and post operative length of ICU stay.

简要总结
This is a prospective Cohort study in which we assess the CRP to albumin ratio pre operatively and on POD 3, to determine its association towards predicting post operative complications in major abdominal surgeries .Post operative complications will be assessed based on the total post operative length of ICU stay , grading as per Clavein Dindo classification and Surgical site infections. At the end of the study the collected data will be analyzed statistically.

入选标准
- •Duration of surgery for more than 3 hours.
- •ASA 1 , 2, 3 -Elective Surgeries.
排除标准
- •1.Patients getting discharged within 48hrs after surgery 2.Incomplete laboratory data 3.patients getting albumin infusion within two post operative days 4.patient getting reoperated prior to POD 3.

主要结局
To evaluate association between CRP/Albumin ratio and post operative length of ICU stay.
时间窗: CRP/Albumin levels will be noted preoperatively and on POD day 3

- 1. To evaluate association between CRP/Albumin ratio and post operative surgical site infection.
