2.Patient undergoing elective surgeries under General anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation

�H/O allergy to any of the study drugs.
�BMI >30 kg/m2.
�ASA grades III, IV, V & emergency.
�Patients with difficulty in mouth opening
�Edentulous
�Upper airway abnormality [oropharyngeal mass ,maxillofacial tumor, fracture etc.]
�Macroglossia
�Cystic hygroma
�Pregnancy and breast feeding mothers
�Recent head and neck surgeries

Name Time Method Study Variables : <br/ ><br>1) Patient�s informed consent form <br/ ><br>2)Age, sex, height, weight, BMI <br/ ><br>3) Baseline Heart rate, Systolic, Diastolic and Mean blood pressure <br/ ><br>4)Airway parameters : AASNI(line C/ Line A), SMD, MMT-s, CL to be recorded. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>AASNI: Acromio-axillo-suprasternal notch index <br/ ><br>SMD: Sternomental distance <br/ ><br>MMT-s: Modified Mallampati test in supine position <br/ ><br>CL: Cormack Lehane gradeTimepoint: Sternomental distance, Modified Mallampati test in supine position and Acromioaxillosuprasternal notch index will be recorded during pre-anaesthetic evaluation of airway. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Cormack Lehane grade will be observed during intubation post induction
