- •1.ASA Grade I and II
- •2.Patient undergoing elective surgeries under General anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patientsââ?¬• refusal.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢H/O allergy to any of the study drugs.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢BMI >30 kg/m2.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ASA grades III, IV, V & emergency.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients with difficulty in mouth opening
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Edentulous
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Upper airway abnormality [oropharyngeal mass ,maxillofacial tumor, fracture etc.]
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Macroglossia
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Cystic hygroma
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Pregnancy and breast feeding mothers
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Recent head and neck surgeries
