Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. ICD\-10/DSM\-V diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder
- •2\. Non\-medicated or takes medication regularly for at least 3 months prior the intervention (i.e., no changes in medication in the preceding 3 months)
- •3\. Willingness to participate in AAT
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Fear/phobia of dogs
- •2\. Allergies to dogs
- •3\. History of cruelty to animals
- •4\. Religious concerns about working with animals
