Inclusion Criteria
Patients above 18 years of age undergoing CABG surgery.
Patients signing informed consent.
Patients having HbA1C more than 6.5% or having random blood sugar more than 200 mg/dl 12 hours before surgery and having symptoms of diabetes
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having
Emergency CABG surgeries
Type 1 diabetes
Liver diseases
Renal disease
COPD(CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE)/Asthma
