1.Arm Fall Measurement – Kinovea Motion Analysis

this study is a randomized, single blind, parallel group trial comparing effectiveness of corrective exercise program on arm fall and functional performance in recreational badminton players with upper body dysfunction. The primary outcome measures will be arm fall at 8 weeks. The secondary outcomes will be smash speed and ROM at 8 week.

入选标准

  • Male and female recreational badminton players aged 18–30 years Players identified with arm fall dysfunction (Less than 180° shoulder flexion) using OHSA.

排除标准

  • Players undergoing current physiotherapy or rehabilitation Presence of musculoskeletal disorders affecting shoulder mobility History of shoulder surgery or acute injury in the past 6 months.
