1. PATIENT POSTED FOR ELECTIVE SURGERY UNDER GENERAL ANAESTHESIA WITH ENDOTRACHEAL INTUBATION AND POSITIVE PRESSURE VENTILATION.
2. ASA-I AND ASA-II PATIENT
1. ASA III,IV Patients
2. Patients with known allergy to propofol, rocuronium, lignocaine
3. Patients with neuromuscular disorder or cognitive disorder, high intracranial pressure; uncontrolled hypertension; heart failure; ischaemic heart disease, diabetes mellitus; use of any analgesic drug within the last 24 h; and pregnancy.
4 patients with poor venous access, difficult airway
