- •Adults in The Netherlands:
- •18 years old or older with a rheumatic arthritis diagnosed by a rheumatologist, with stable medication > 3 months who speaks Dutch, are motivated to change the lifestyle and who are able to actively participate in all session.
排除标准
- •Adults who follow a strict diet or other lifestyle program or who have major physical or psychological disease (beside their rheumatic disease)
