Inclusion Criteria

Subjects who have not regularly participated in any exercise, including Pilates, within 6 months and meet the criteria for upper limb crossed syndrome

Exclusion Criteria

Abnormal heart rate and blood pressure, neurological diseases including rheumatism, pregnant women, and those who have regularly taken drugs, steroids, or muscle relaxants to relieve pain within the past 6 months
If you have been diagnosed with a spine-related disease and received surgery or treatment.
