Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects who have not regularly participated in any exercise, including Pilates, within 6 months and meet the criteria for upper limb crossed syndrome
Exclusion Criteria
- •Abnormal heart rate and blood pressure, neurological diseases including rheumatism, pregnant women, and those who have regularly taken drugs, steroids, or muscle relaxants to relieve pain within the past 6 months
- •If you have been diagnosed with a spine\-related disease and received surgery or treatment.
