Inclusion Criteria
Patients will be included if
1.Aged 18 to 65 years both male and female
2.According to the Neck Pain Task Force criteria, neck pain for more than 3 months [8]
3.Pain intensity between 0 to 2 cm on a 10 cm Visual Analog Scale (VAS)
Exclusion Criteria
Patients will be excluded if
1. Visual impairment, Neurological Disorder, Pregnant women
2. A diagnosis of fibromyalgia, spine trauma, spine infection, or inflammation
3. Neck pain radiating into the upper limbs
4. Physical activities practicing more than twice a week in the past 3 months
5. Take medication for pain in the past 3 months
