- •School-going Adolescents studying in classes 9th to 12th who are non-symptomatic or with mild to moderate levels of depression, anxiety, and stress.
排除标准
- •Those who are having any contraindications for the practice of yogic breathing.
- •(e.g., any surgeries within last 6 months).

时间窗: Baseline assessment will be done followed by giving 8 weeks of intervention , Followed by Endline assessment
Sleep quality as measured by PSQI.
