Inclusion Criteria
Thai individuals with neck pain aged 20-70 years old in Phitsanulok Province
Exclusion Criteria
1.Underwent prior surgery to the cervical within 6 months
2.Neck pain related to any serious pathology such as infection, cancer, vertebral fracture, tumours, spinal myelopathy, or other systemic disease, with possible effect on musculoskeletal system
3.Had history of traumatic neck pain such as whiplash injury
4.Presented serious mental disorders
