Inclusion Criteria
Survived COVID 19 who completed the disease cycle by April 2021;Patients who have one or more persistent symptoms after COVID-19; Patients 30 years of age or older.; Patients who accepted to be part of the research by signing the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
They have symptoms of COVID 19 up to 5 days before the evaluation.; Pregnant or lactating patients.; Patients totally dependent on a wheelchair; Patients with severe cognitive impairment

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected that with the conclusion and adequate analysis of the variables present in this study, the prevalence of symptoms of COVID-19, lung function, functionality and quality of life of surviving patients after one year of infection, in the city ??of Campinas-SP. These patients are expected to have observed dysfunctions with respect to lung capacity. In addition to selecting and performing quantitative and qualitative analyzes among the variables presented, also by age groups, socioeconomic level and health history, in order to find possible correlations between the information collected.
