  • •Primary unilateral osteoarthritis of knee joint

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Diagnosis other than primary osteoarthritis
  • •Previous knee surgery
  • •Inflammatory and infectious arthritis
  • •Underlying coagulopathy
  • •Post traumatic arthritis
  • •Patients receiving anticoagulation therapy
  • •History of thromboembolic \& cardiovascular disease
