- •Primary unilateral osteoarthritis of knee joint
Exclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosis other than primary osteoarthritis
- •Previous knee surgery
- •Inflammatory and infectious arthritis
- •Underlying coagulopathy
- •Post traumatic arthritis
- •Patients receiving anticoagulation therapy
- •History of thromboembolic \& cardiovascular disease
