Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1) Patients consenting to take part in the study.
- •2) All male patients who developed acne after 20 years of age.
- •1) Age matched patients without acne.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) Patients who are not consenting for the study.
- •2) Cases and controls with history of smoking, known liver disorders, malignancies, thyroid disorders, cushing syndrome, acromegaly
- •3) Patients who had taken treatment with isotretinoin in the previous 1 year.
