- •Patients scheduled for elective surgery under anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •Known lung disease
- •Suspected coronary and cerebrovascular disease
- •Previous exposure to bleomycin or amiodarone
- •Pathological abdominal distention
- •Factors affecting mask seal like beard, moustache, dentures or facial abnormalities
