Inclusion Criteria
AXL between 22 and 24mm
Exclusion Criteria
1) Anterior segment pathologies like pterygium, corneal dystrophy, corneal scars, keratitis, topographic evidence of keratoconus.
2) Retinal pathologies like diabetic retinopathy and retinal dystrophies.
3) History of previous intraocular or refractive surgery
4) Patients on Tamsulosin.
5) Phacoemulsification surgeries that require suturing of the wound.
