Inclusion Criteria

a)Patients who gives written consent.

b)ASA-I&II

c)Any patient 18 to 35 years posted for elective caeserian section that can be done under subarachnoid block.

Exclusion Criteria

a) Patient who doesnâ??t give consent to participate.

b) Any contraindication to SAB.

c) Patient requiring intraoperative added any general anaesthetic aid.

d) Deaf patient

e) Mentally retarded patient/Dementia.

f) Patient with psychiatric disorder

Comparison of analgesic duration and postoperative pain relief following, normal dose and low dose BupivacaineTimepoint: Comparison of , normal dose and low dose Bupivacaine: <br/ ><br>Continuous ECG in lead II, SBP, DBP, MAP, HR, RR, SpO2 recorded 15 mins before and at the time of spinal anaesthesia, then at 1 min, 3 mins, 5 mins, then at 5 mins interval till end of surgery, 15 mins interval 60 mins of post-operative period. <br/ ><br>Onset and duration of sensory and motor block at 2mins interval poat spinal, 15mins interval during 60mins post operative.

Comparison of analgesic duration and postoperative pain relief .Timepoint: hemodynamics recorded 15 minutes before and at the time of spinal anaesthesia, then at 1,3, at 5 minutes interval throughout the surgical procedure and at 15 minutes interval during first 60 minutes of post-operative period. <br/ ><br>Onset of Sensory block and duration: <br/ ><br> pain sensation at 2 minute interval until the block level reaches at T10 level and stabilizes for 5 consecutive tests . <br/ ><br>Onset of motor block and duration: <br/ ><br>Modified Bromage scale will be used to evaluate onset of motor block. <br/ ><br>
