Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with atopic dermatitis and indication for initiation of systemic therapy.
- •- Women of childbearing potential with contraception (according to the Standard of Care)
Exclusion Criteria
- •- Pregnancy and breast-feeding; lack of willingness to use effective contraception.
- •- Insufficient ability to communicate in the German language or lack of understanding of the German language; dementia or (functional) illiteracy.
- •- Lacking or absent capacity of the patient to give consent
- •- Presence of contraindications to systemic therapy with an IL-4 and IL-13 blocker or a JAK inhibitor.
