Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with atopic dermatitis and indication for initiation of systemic therapy.
- •\- Women of childbearing potential with contraception (according to the Standard of Care)
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Pregnancy and breast\-feeding; lack of willingness to use effective contraception.
- •\- Insufficient ability to communicate in the German language or lack of understanding of the German language; dementia or (functional) illiteracy.
- •\- Lacking or absent capacity of the patient to give consent
- •\- Presence of contraindications to systemic therapy with an IL\-4 and IL\-13 blocker or a JAK inhibitor.
