Inclusion Criteria
- •Age over 18 years old
- •Coronary artery surgery for the first time
- •Fluency in Persian
- •Elective surgery
- •Satisfaction to participate in the study
- •No serious underlying disease and mental illness ( respiratory and renal failure and dialysis)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Member of treatment staff
- •Family members is a meddical staff
