Inclusion Criteria
All children diagnosed with severe vaso occlusive crisis sickle cell disease aged 3 To 15 years.
Exclusion Criteria
children with age less than 3 years and age more than 15years.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method pain score will be evaluated every 3rd hourly after starting of infusion ,if anytime pain score less than or equal to 6 for next 6 hours on same infusion rate is considered as responders.Timepoint: 3,6,9,12hours of infusion
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method if pain score greater than 6 hours even after 12 hours of infusion, they considered as non respondersTimepoint: 3,6,12 hours.
