Inclusion Criteria
1) pediatric patient age 7-15
2) bony surgery of upper extremity
3) operated by team of pediatric orthopedists
4) inform consent was completed
Exclusion Criteria
loss of sensation eg. neurodeficit
abnormal coagulation
allergy to NSAIDs, bupivacaine, morphine, or paracetamol
eGFR< 90 mL/min/1.73 m2
