Inclusion Criteria
Transgender men diagnosed with gender dysphoria (based on DSM-5)
Age 25 to 65 years old
Willing and able to provide informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
History or current abnormal cervical cytology
Abnormal uterine or vaginal bleeding
Has undergone hysterectomy
Has undergone transgender genital surgery (ie. metoidioplasty, phalloplasty)
Lower genital tract infection (BV, cervicitis)
Pregnancy
